I’m correct in saying that Action was originally copyright of IPC Magazines Limited, but now Egmont own the rights after acquiring Fleetway. All characters, distinctive likenesses thereof and all that, plus artwork and text is copyright of the owner. The last quoted reference I can find is copyright of Fleetway Editions 1990. I have received no response from IPC/Egmont Fleetway despite repeated attempts to contact them.
