Dredger
The Berlin Job - Dredger and Breed fake their own capture in order to remove GEPO agent Goesler from East Berlin. Goesler tortures Dredger to make it look more convincing. Eventually the three escape through Checkpoint Charlie using Dredger's cunning schemes. Dredger then shoots Goesler, ostensibly for drilling holes in his teeth, but also because he is a double agent, and not a defector at all, now D.I.6. can feed false information to his allies.
Hellman of Hammer Force
Hammer Force are heading for the English Channel when they are ambushed by British stragglers. Once overcome, Kastner executes the helpless men. He sees it as part of his propaganda mission, and thus heads into a nearby town for photographs. The town is still occupied by Belgian troops and Kastner has to be rescued by Hellman. Kastner repays the debt by trying to leave Hellman behind to die, but the major escapes to fight another day.
Blackjack
Blackjack spars with Ortiz, making a fool of him. Jack's trainer Yank Kreski arrives and tries to stop the bout. Jack is distracted and Ortiz retaliates by hitting Jack when he is down, harming his eyes. Yank advises jack to take Ortiz down with a 'bolo' punch. Jack obliges and breaks Ortiz's jaw into the bargain. This means Jack is free to fight Steelman and he trains in earnest, but at the weigh in, the doctor is the same one who told Jack he is going blind. Jack knows that if he is seen, the fight will be off.
Play Till You Drop!
On pitch antics. Alec's injured leg makes him play like a chump, losing Rampton the match. Before the game is finished, Alec is on his way to record a TV quiz show, arranged by Grice. His team mates are angry, believing Alec has sold them out for fame and fortune.
Hook Jaw
McNally hires a German shark hunter to rid the rig of its problem, but Kreuzer's methods only lead to more loss of life. Mason saves Kreuzer from the jaws, and they return to the rig. Kreuzer demands his money from McNally at gunpoint, to cover the loss of his boat and crew, McNally throws the case at Kreuzer, knocking him over the side and into Hook Jaw's gaping mouth. Unluckily for McNally, the money goes into the water too, and floats on the surface, stained with Kreuzer's blood.
Sport's Not For Losers
Len causes a ruckus at the local cinema, he is thrown out, and insults the manager for good measure. Dan wants Len to join the Titans Athletics Club, but as they walk through the door, the cinema manager is there, and he's the Club Secretary. Len has to prove himself by running against the Secretary's chosen man. Len acquits himself well but loses by a head, meaning he won't get into the club. The Secretary has other ideas though. The mystery runner was Beanpole Barnes, Three A's winner and British record holder. Len did well against him and so the Secretary wants him right away.
The Coffin Sub
Conquest is sent to pick up some Yugoslav partisans. Kane recklessly risks his life and that of the crew again, ramming a German E-Boat when they run out of torpedoes. Kane wishes he was dead as usual.
The Running Man
The cops think Vito Scarlatti has hi-jacked a Greyhound bus, and set roadblocks for Carter. Meanwhile the passengers are suspicious and figure Carter is a fake. He jumps from the bus and escapes across the freeway into a football stadium. There, two cops kill each other in a crossfire. carter is pinned down, but makes his escape by running onto the pitch in the dying seconds of the game before being lost in the crowd. Elsewhere, the Don decides the cops aren't up to the job of catching Carter, so he calls on Crazy Luigi.
