| | | Dredger Dredger and Breed investigate sabotage aboard a British nuclear submarine following the accidental launch of a primed warhead against China. CPO Cross becomes their prime suspect when Dredger discovers an incident connecting Cross with the Chinese. The agents confront Cross, who confesses but manages to escape having secured the D.I.6. men and the Captain in the missile room with the outer hatches open. The three men survive in a pocket of air, and once the pressure has equalised, make their way to the surface. Cross is now in custody, and the Captain intends to see a court martial. However, Dredger has a document authorising extreme judgement. A court martial would mean a public outcry if recent events were disclosed. He executes Cross with a crushing blow to the larynx, much to the disgust of the Captain. | | Probationer Slater makes a run for it, leaving Dave to take the consequences. Luckily his boss is alive, and Dave concocts a cover story to stop any awkward questions. The police arrive, but Dave claims to be unable to identify the mystery assailant. The detective in charge pulls Dave to one side, saying he believes he was innocent of the robbery that got him placed on probation. Having visited his mum in hospital, Dave receives a visit from Slater and his girlfriend Gloria. They have him over a barrel, and demand he assist them robbing the Greengrocer's shop that Dave 'borrowed' the van from. That night they break in, but a passing police car disturbs them. Slater shoots one officer in the face with an air pistol before throwing the gun to Dave. Slater and Gloria escape out the back window, leaving Dave reeling as the police break the door in. | | Hellman on the Russian Front As the Russian Shock Troops advance on the town, Hellman discovers the men who are supposedly on guard duty are sound asleep. He empties a jerry can of water on them and bawls them out. Up above, his guards are being garrotted by the Russians, who steal their helmets. Hellman shouts up to the rooftops and the reply comes back in German, but the Major is suspicious, as the answer is that of a keen soldier, not a convict. He orders his men out of their uniforms, and sets a trap for the Russians. The Shock Troops fire onto empty uniforms, and Hellman turns his tanks on them. The attack thwarted, the Russian Commander brings up heavy artillery to fire on the town. A hand beckons Hellman to cover, but as the Major runs into the cellar, two garrottes are stretched across his path at head height. Hellman stops in time, but the would-be assassin could be any one of his men. | | Kids Rule O.K. The bikers attack Malvern Road School, where Ray and Roker are making a stand. As the bikers ride up the stairs, the gang drop desks on them from above. There is a short gun battle before Lou grabs some chemicals from the science lab and pours them over an old mattress. As the bikers climb over the mattress to get up the stairs, Lou throws a match down, igniting the chemicals and torching the bikers. Upstairs, the rest of the gang are in trouble as another biker appears at the window, atop a ladder, shotgun in hand. | | Hook Jaw Off the English coast, a small vessel carrying gold bullion is hijacked by Jack Gunn and his gang. The vessel strikes rocks and begins to sink. The crew are killed by Gunn's men, and the body of the Captain falls overboard. A group of small sharks begin to devour it but are frightened off by the might of Hook Jaw. As the bullion ship sinks, Hook Jaw attacks the life boat with the gang on board, claiming the lives of several gunmen. Gunn vows to retrieve the bullion, but Hook Jaw has found a new hunting ground, and remains near the wreck in search of fresh food. | | Look Out For Lefty!
