| What happened to Jack Gunn and his hi-jacking cronies? When last we saw them, they were in custody. A Navy diver was hanging precariously from a helicopter winch above a waiting Hook Jaw. Here's six additional uncut episodes. It seems that Julian really should have listened to his mummy when Hook Jaw went on the rampage at a coastal resort, then it was back to the action as Gunn and his men continued their quest for the sunken gold. There's a censored copy of one of the pages. A different, but not truly complete version was only revealed after Martin Barker peeled away the pasted-on edits. There's more about that in the Missing in Action section. If the first two pages of each episode look a little empty, it's because these pages were meant to be coloured, so almost no black shading had been done. Three further episodes, which were once in the IPC archive, may still exist, but their current whereabouts are unknown. None of these had been lettered, and did not complete the story, but came very close. |
